What to expect:

BioMat sessions are done fully clothed on the massage table. You simply lay on top of the BioMat and enjoy the soothing warmth.  It is warmer than a heating pad you might have at home.  Therefore, please dress in layers in case you get too warm.  Sessions last from 30 to 60 minutes.
